***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. I am having issues with the smart family time limits not working. This evening, after my sons set time limit had started, he received several text messages and phone calls. I also looked at his calls through my app and he sent and received phone calls at midnight or later even though his nite time limit starts at 9pm. The VPN is showing as connected but he still receives notifications from Snapchat, email, and other online apps. Plus still has the ability to receive some calls and texts. Nobody is on his trusted numbers list, he is very irresponsible with night time calling which is why we set the limits. Now we bring his phone in our room at night because the smart family isn’t working properly. He has an iPhone 7 as well.
