***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. My VSF is not working. I receive emails to access content for my family members, but I can’t get pass the login page. It keeps saying “Something went wrong.” I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, access it from different points, and nothing is working. What can I do to fix this?

We always want you to be able to use our Verizon Smart Family service, Momofmany2015. We are here to help.

 

A couple of days ago there was a known issue with that service, but it has been resolved since then. Are you still having an issue with not being able to log into that service?
