My VSF is not working. I receive emails to access content for my family members, but I can’t get pass the login page. It keeps saying “Something went wrong.” I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, access it from different points, and nothing is working. What can I do to fix this?

A couple of days ago there was a known issue with that service, but it has been resolved since then. Are you still having an issue with not being able to log into that service?
