Verizon31.com Scam

The same scam that has been tried several times this year (using different names) has started again....  This one still suggests the $31 credit.  The call did get thru, leaving a voicemail message, even though only 9 digits are reflected (800922901 & +800922901)?  Checking online, it says this sight was created on the first of this month, and the IP address originates in Spain.
