Why can't I add a child role to FamilyBase?

Hi there.
I am having trouble setting up my son's line as a child role on VZ Family Base. I've tried both on the computer and through my phone but each time I keep getting the error "We are sorry. Your request wasn't completed. Please try again later." My line is listed as the parent role and I'm fairly certain I'm in the right space to edit the roles but I just can't get it to work. I'm being billed for this service so I'd like for it to work. Any one have any ideas on what I can do to fix it? I've called customer service, & while they were super nice, I haven't been able to get it resolved yet. Smiley Sad
