Ive been a Verizon customer for years and signed up for FamilyBase a year ago when we added a line for our son. For the entire time we have had FamilyBase, our son's line has been capped at 5GB of data. Today, it let him go up to 9GB. When I reviewed the data limits, the option to shut data to the phone off once the limit is reached, was disabled. How did this happen? pretty frustrated right now.
