Why do the timestamps differ between my FamilyBase detail and My Usage on the VZ website?

My daughter's phone has a FamilyBase restriction from 12:30 AM to 6:30 AM.

When we checked our FamilyBase report this week, it shows several days with text message exchanges between 1 AM and 4 AM... but when I check her phone AND i check the VZ My Usage... they show no texts during those times... and they agree with each other (meaning she hasn't deleted anything)..

So My Verizon > My Devices > My Usage... View Messages Detail... shows no text during those early AM hours... (which agrees with her phone)...

But My Verizon > My Plans and Services > Manage FamilyBase > Activity for her phone line.... shows something completely different...
