We have family controls set up on our account but my daughter's texts are showing zero. I know she has been texting. Does anyone know why this isn't showing?

that is correct. if she is using imessag you will not be able to see her messages to other iphones because it is not a verizon service it is a apple service. you can turn off the imessage feature so she has to use regular texting if you need to see whats goign on, plus you wont use up your data then

ChuckVan,
We definitely want all your information showing correctly. Does your daughter use an iPhone? iMessages are not regular text messages, but a 3rd party (Apple's) messaging system. Is it possible she is using a 3rd party application for texting? Those are available for all model phones like Androids and will not show as text messages in our system.

She does use an iPhone. So the family controls will only work for messages she sends that aren't through iMessenger? Not sure it's worth us paying for the family controls through Verizon if I can't see her texts.
