constantly get Verizon Wireless sign in page

Why do I keep getting the Verizon Wireless sign-in page on my phone?   When I attempt to sign in, I get a "not available" error message and to try again later....  annoying as heck...

This would have me concerned too if it was happening on my phone. Where on the phone are you seeing this message? Are you trying to sign into a specific website? Are you on wifi or 3G/4G?
