the family base isn't working on my account.  I have recently purchased an iphone for my daughter and the family base time restrictions aren't activating

I'm sorry you're having issues with family Base korib. I know how important this is for you. Did you go in and update the settings via My-Verizon http://bit.ly/xB4iTc  Is the feature still active on your account for your daughter?
