how do you add the second parent?

We are set up with only one parent, and would like both of us to be able to review.

Making sure lines have the correct access for Family Base management is crucial on accounts. Let's get you going with adding on the second parent line. Click for steps http://vz.to/18h6ked. Something to note, that is in this article as well, to be a parent line, the line in question will need to have an Account Owner or Account Manager designation on My Verizon. Should you need more details for that, you can click on the "account roles" link in the Notes section of the link provided.
