print out of a text conversation my child had with someone else

Is there a way I can get a print out of a text conversation my child had with someone else even after she has deleted the conversation from her phone?  I can see the time and amount of texts, but I want to read the conversation.  They are both underage users.

Slink,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand the importance of knowing available options for reviewing messages. With text messages are erased from a phone they are no longer to be recovered on the phone. Online we do store the information regarding time, date and numbers that were texted and texted from. If you want to read the actual message we do retain those in our system for a limited time. It does require a subpoena in order to have them printed. Please let us know if you want to go this route and we would be happy to provide you the next steps in going that route.

Thank you,

You need a court order and hope the messages are still on the Verizon Wireless servers. They only keep the data for a few days to less than two weeks.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
