Is there a way to read my child's text messages from my phone. I can currently see who she is texting but not he actual text
I am trying to accomplish the same thing. The VZW rep told me to download "Verizon Messages" but im unsure of how to use it.

Staying up to date with your childs activity is important. I monitor my daughter as well and It keeps me aware of her activites. If you have Family Base on your account you are half way there. You would also need the companion application installed on your childs phone in order to read the texts on your phone as well. Here is a link to help with the process http://vz.to/1EFbVnu.
