My Verizon Smart Hub after 1 year will no longer allow me to answer phone incoming calls. I can dial out going calls but the person on the other end can not hear me, I can hear them. I can not call my smart hub phone number voice mail to retrieve my messages. I even purchased a new telephone and connected it to the Smart Hub and still not working. HELP
