My Verizon Smart Hub after 1 year will no longer allow me to answer phone incoming calls.  I can dial out going calls but the person on the other end can not hear me, I can hear them.  I can not call my smart hub phone number voice mail to retrieve my messages.  I even purchased a new telephone and connected it to the Smart Hub and still not working.  HELP

We are concerned to hear that you are having trouble with your Smart Hub service, but we will definitely look into this matter closer for you. When did the issue begin with the audio issues? Do you recall any changes happening around the time this started happening such as any updates? Any information you have will be helpful in this matter as we want to make sure you can use your phone as designed.
