smarthub app where is it?

What is the app called in the stores?  I looked in the Android Play Store and it wasn't obvious which app was the 'Smarthub' app.

jav6 There are a lot of apps and it can be challenging at times. However, with the Android you would go to the Google Play Store and search for Smarthub. -Dolores

Not helpful, Dolores.  Searching 'smarthub' brings up the National Information Solutions Cooperative SmartHub app.  Is that what should be used?  

Searching 'verizon smarthub'  brings up Verizon Smart Family app.  Is this what should be used?

Can someone get specific and identify what exactly the app is called to be used?
