Has anyone have any success with redeeming Ticketmaster promo code issued from VerizonUp?


I ordered Ticketmaster promo code credit as my redemption recently, but I cannot find any place where to enter the code.

The automated email sent from Verizon has directions but nothing matches. My problem is that there is literally no free text entry upon checkout where I can add a promo code.

Has anyone in the community had success with redeeming a ticketmaster promo code recently?


I literally tried everything: Different web browsers, mobile App, multiple devices.. none of them have an “add/redeem promo code” entry. I check also under “My Account” section, there is no where to add a code either.


Can someone help advise on how to get this to properly work?
