I received an offer for a $200 gift card per line that I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. Now, 1.5 months later, I'm still complaining, calling, and spending hours on the phone trying to get it. This is incredibly frustrating. I wish I could go back in time and never have switched to Verizon. Getting this gift card feels nearly impossible.

Hi Izzy,
Thanks for getting back to me. I made the switch on July 11, 2024, through your online platform. Unfortunately, I don't see any tiles or options to redeem the gift card in my My Verizon account. I've also come across several comments from other customers who never received their gift cards, which makes this feel like it could be a tactic to draw in customers without delivering on the offer. Can you please assist me in getting this resolved?

You have to get a code from Verizon. It was sent to me in an email. They are the highest company regarding cell phones and I tell them that. I've been a Verizon customer for 11 years. I'm happy with the service but sometimes it's frustrating when you have to speak to someone on the telephone. Good luck to you.
