Hello I recently signed up for my Verizon plan and I wasn't able to redeem my $200 target gift card ..it's saying pending and I should be able to activate soon as my service was activated

Imt trying by going to my home fios in my app I'm trying to redeem both offers but it's still saying pending when I should be able to access once my Verizon service was set up

Hello. My name is David. When I first signed up. I had these 2 offers of $200 both target and visa debit. It said it was pending when I would go check my perks and services option. Now I go to check, and there isnโ€™t any pending offers. Actually it was because I was a new Verizon customer and not coming from a different mobile carrier. Is the reason why I was offered these perks. Why donโ€™t I have those offers? Itโ€™s been about a good few months now. Since it last said about the pending offers. May you please get me these offers back?

No at the store. I even talk to a support rep on the two weeks ago with no results. Tired of the bad support.

Iโ€™ve been to the store three times to fix this problem with no luck. been trying since may 9th. Every time they say give it a week. Where is my gift card.

Same thing happened 2 me , gift cards say able to redeem Aug 11. It's Aug 11 I think yall are tricking people into signing up. Bad business
