It has been approximately 1 1/2 years since I signed up for Verizon. Advertisement gift card for each line of service. I have 5 total. I never received even ONE gift card. I was told they would come in the form of Verizon credits to apply to my bill. I have inquired about them and no one can find any info to substantiate the offer or missing cards. Iโm so highly irritated. I also was supposed to have free Apple Music of which my phone said on their end it was using, but my Verizon phone said it had no Verizon offers so I had to purchase Apple Music. So frustrating! It would be nice if for the outrageous price, customer service was a little better!
