I am missing several hundred dollars worth of Verizon Visa Dollars. Either I get transferred 10 times and hung up on or they say that they have fixed my issues. This is both Verizon and Verizon Visa. I am still missing my money. I’m going to have to cancel the Visa soon and maybe change cell carriers too. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
