Verizon Gift Card

Where is my refund on my  Verizon gift card for canceled order? It’s been over week and half since my canceled order and still have not got my refund! 

I’ve been on the phone for total time of 4 hours with support to get an answer, but no one knows. It’s so frustrating because even the support managers doesn’t even know.

I purchased it as a guest the whole reason why the order doesn’t show up in my account. I told the support team multiple times but they didn’t understand.

I am in the same situation. I was told by the Billing Department that I’d receive my refund in 7-10 days, then they told me 7-12 hours due to the payment method being a Verizon Gift Card and now they told me to wait 3-4 days and still nothing. Is it impossible to send a refund back to a Verizon Gift Card..? Because so many people have been experiencing issues with getting refunds back to their Verizon Gift Card(s) and no one wants to help. How do I get a treasury ticket submitted?
