Verizon is not honoring a promise to provide me with a $200 promotional card for transferring my phone number. They are saying I was supposed to fill out a rebate form within 30 days which they never told me until conveniently it is too late. They are fraudulent. I have been promised a $200 credit on my bill. I have been promised a call back by a supervisor. Nothing. They are begging for a class action suit. I see all the other posts regarding the same issue.
