Hi, my credit card got closed without any notice. My payment got messed up bc I entered wrong bank information. Verizon didn't contact me to let me know about that issue. I myself figured that out and paid. The payment got 2 weeks to get through. When the payment got posted, I was able to use my card for 1 week before the cashier at a market told me my account got closed. I called the Rep and she said due to the jammed payment, my account got closed. She said Verizon tried to contact me amd sent out notices. But I didn't receive any mail, email or call from Verizon. I didn't want this affect my credit report and I feel so unhappy with this issue. Please help!
