Called both synchrony and Verizon, both told me to keep calling each other because both companies are incompetent on fixing an issue they made. I’m missing $500 Verizon dollars and every time I call I get the run around. Just going to switch carrier and canceling my Verizon visa. This is ridiculous. I’ve had this issue for months and still nothing. And they won’t to private message you so others don’t see what disgrace this credit card is. Horrible experience.
