Verizon gift card

I bought a phone online in July. The promotion said if you complete the order online you would get a 200.00 Verizon gift card. I spent an hour on the phone with them this morning and because they cannot find that pop up they will not honor it.

tbartczak, I'm sorry that there's been trouble trying to confirm that promotion. To get a few more details, the phone you purchased was this an upgrade to an existing line, or did you add a new line and device?

This was an upgrade. I started researching online to check out my options and got a pop up that said if I completed my order online that I would get the gift card.
