I am so over this!!! I have been trying to get this gift card since November!! A ton of messages back and forth and still nothing!! When I look up tracking number it says expect to receive Jan 2nd!! And then says pending!!! How can a company do this?!
Mine said expected 1/5 & just popped in my email today so give a few more days! It’s a bummer it’s a gift card though …not visa

I'm in the same situation....Any updates? Literally nobody can actually help out in terms of refunds for gift cards. It's crazy. Why is the process so complicated?
