My visa app says I have $58 Verizon dollars but when I click redeem it takes me to a screen that says zero. I also can’t access my Verizon visa account from my Verizon wireless account.

Yes have logged out and back in. Both in app and web. It’s like Verizon wireless doesn’t recognize I already have a Verizon visa and wants me to apply.

Plchea, thank you so much for the details. Did you have a different Verizon account that the Verizon Visa card was linked to? Is your Verizon Visa card set up as the autopay card for your account?

Yes I have a different account now but same phone number as before and both the visa and my wireless have the same phone and email info. I am the account owner for both. Yes my Verizon visa is my auto pay account.

I am still having the same problem. I can see my verizon dollars on the mobile verizon visa app, but when I click to redeem it redirects me to verizon wireless and they disappear. When I try to access from website and click on manage visa account it just refreshes the page without taking me to another page.
