WORST Customer Service!!

Absolutely HATE this company! There was a “suspected fraud” on my card in June but I didn’t find out about that until August when I tried to use my card at the grocery store and it was declined. There was ZERO communication and a new card wasn’t even shipped out! We had to call and ask them to send one , and that card hasn’t even arrived yet a week plus later! We have over a $10,000 limit, so to say we are good customers with credit is an understatement. Currently looking into other Visa cards because no one has time to run around in circles for a company that royally failed and just doesn’t care about their customers. And for an extra cherry on top I had a customer service rep refuse to transfer me to a supervisor and then just bluntly hung up on me. Shameful company with big issues!
