Hi. I paid for a global plan so I could use my phone in Nassau Bahamas. I am expecting a very important call, but only data is working, not voice or text. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. Please help. Thanks!

Hello! Thanks for your help. I tried removing and reinstalling the sim
card, but it did not fix the problem. Do you have any other suggestions?
