Do you have a Residential internet service with us, such as FiOS or DSL? If you do, you'll get an email address with that service. If you have cellular service with us, that won't come with any email. If you do have residential service and need help with setting up an email account, please give a call to our residential service support number at 1-800-483-3000. Have a great day!
