City of Industry, CA, in the 17800 block of Colima Rd. No signal at all day or night from Verizon and other companies, except T-Mobile. Inside buildings or outside, no signal. Verizon store two blocks away. Spend 50-60 hours a week here at work and can't even use my phone properly. Customers complain all day that the signal in this area is horrible. Close to a big mall, many, many strip malls, and residential area across the street. Large, populated Suburb of Los Angeles with no Verizon signal...very odd......
alienjunior, we always want you to have the best signal possible. I'd be happy to start troubleshooting with you and check out these signal issues together. Looking generally at the 91748 zip code, I see there's coverage. For a more specific look, can you share the nearest intersection to where you're having trouble? You mention having a poor signal, could you give more details on what aspect of your service is having trouble (voice, texting, data)?
