We have been experiencing massive issues with service over the last week now constantly having no signal or max 1x bar for long stretched. Every now and then it will go back to 4G LTE but for just a few minutes. This issue is happening around the Katy, Tx area in a spot that would typically hold 4G LTE with a flux between 2 and 3 bars. Not near what other providers offer in the area but at least I could get a phone call out... something I have had no issue doing since 1999 until recently.
Online support does nothing and claims everything is fine on Verizon side via app text support.
Failure to provide decent service from the day we switched to Verizon has been an issue. Failure to fix or provide a service as advertised is considered bait and switch.
KatyTx, we understand how important it is to be able to have reliable service in your area. We strive to provide the best network. How far would you need to travel before you can pick up better service? Also, are you having issues indoor and outdoors? Please keep us posted. KevinR_VZW
