We were promised $200 pre-paid visa gift cards per line ported over to Verizon on a business account back in September 2019. I switched over 5 lines from T-Mobile and filled out the online rebate forms. Everything was fine until I received emails saying business accounts are not eligible for the rebate? This promotion was waved in front of my face, saying that we were lucky to have a business account because this is who the promotion was for. We switched and now we are stuck paying off 5 new phones we upgraded to, or we won’t get trade in credits and guess what? No $200 pre paid gift cards ($1000 value). This is the reason why I am done with Verizon after this non sense "2 year term" is over. This is essentially extortion. I wish I had time to pursue them in a law suit, they are a horrible company to do business with.
