I purchased my phones and switched from AT&T and was told I would be receiving my promotional $200 gift cards in the mail shortly after. The representatives NEVER told me I needed to submit a formal request myself, In fact I was even told it was done in my behalf. After 45 days I called to see if they had been sent only to find out not only that they hadn't been sent but that "I was outside the window of submitting a request" so I have now lost $400 in gift cards because a Verizon representative told me it would be sent. Please help!!!!
