When I worked as a vendor for VZW in customer care, there was a policy that if you suspended a line twice in a 24 hour period there was a 24 hour wait to restore service. I have two questions, Is there still such a policy? Is the wait 24 hours from the 2nd suspend or 24 hours from the first restore?

Zefram, normally we try to avoid performing any multiple suspensions on the same line within a 24 hours period unless absolutely necessary. What is happening that is making you take this route?
