I submitted an iPhone trade in to Verizon 6 weeks ago. I checked the Trade In Status, they received it on 06/23, and I have not heard from anyone at Verizon since. I am beyond frustrated, it has been over a month and nothing. No one answers my call and the online chat doesn't offer any assistance - 3 separate chat agents told me that they do not handle trade in, and directed me to 800-416-8894, where no one answers the phone, it's all automated.
This is incredibly frustrated and I'm nearing my limit with Verizon. How do I get this resolved?

I cancelled my order today just from reading about all the people sending in their phones - then getting a letter for less credit. Not taking the chance thank you.
They were all offered less money and no way to get phone back.
