I purchased this because I dont use too many calling minutes. My balance keeps changing. Ive made 2 calls on this phone. One was 15 minutes and the other was 2 minutes. Yet, Im being told I have a zero balance and it refuses to let a call go through. Im sorry but 17 minutes does NOT equate out to 500. I have not accepted any calls. In short, I know I havent even used 50 minutes let alone 500. So where did my other minutes go? VERY turned off by this service and am thinking of switching providers if I cant get it fixed.
