I would say that since you are paying for a directory assistance that you are not receiving you should file a complaint with your State Attorney General and your state Utilities Commission.

Same thing happened to us for 2 months in a row now. One 411 call each month on one of our lines. Neither us or Verizon can figure out what's going on and we've never had a history of calling that number before last month. they suggested a pocket dial, but you have to pay $4.99 for a monthly service to have your phone made unable to dial it. They did credit us for the charges.
