My 4G service has been spotty at best for more than a week now. I have no 4G service in locations where I previously had excellent service. Even my 3G service is unreliable. I frequently see 1X instead of 3G. The other two phones on our account have had the same issue. Two are Galaxy S5 and the other is a Droid Maxx. I have checked my phone and it hasn't required a system update since August. Any ideas what is going on? It is frustrating to pay so much for what is supposed to be reliable service and barely be able to use my phone in my own home.
