6 trouble tickets and still no resolution

Since March 14 2012 I have had poor signal on all 4 of my devices. (HTC Rezound, 2 Motorola Droid 3's and a basic lg phone) I have called in and just get tossed around and trouble tickets get filed and resolved withing 2 days and I am always told the issue is fixed. Yet when I tell them the signal is still under 2 bars where I use to have 5 and now 1x where I use to have 3G. I am told I will get a call back in 2-3 hours with a resolution. On April 6th 2012 all 4 devices on my account had no signal. I called from my home phone and was told that a mission critical ticket was in my area. I went the next 4 days without signal. I was then called Tuesday the 10th and informed that the issue was fixed. I then asked why did I still only have 2 bars where I had 5 before. I was then informed I was in a extended coverage area. I questioned why all of the maps say 3G and voice coverage and why had I always had 3G coverage up to this point/  I was never given a answer just a quick transfer to another representative. After demanding a supervisor I was told that Verizon has never had good coverage in my area and there are to be no more trouble tickets in my area filed. I was also told to accept the service I have and be grateful Verizon offers coverage to me.

I asked this gentleman why do you false advertise such great coverage when in reality the service keeps depleting. I was promptly hung up on.

I want to know why has the service gotten so poor in just the last month and if it really was such a bad area why were we even sold service.

Thats funny..most of the time i do everything i can to get them to hang up on me..

if the service doesn't work in your area with that many phones, maybe it is just your house? where does it happen at?

after 6 tt and 3 devices it might be time to find another carrier

Well the phones on my account are spread around the city.  The poor signal happens all around the county as well. as for another carrier I am not paying the cancellation fees for them. I am puzzled by why the service has had such a rapid decline.

No we just signed up with Verizon on February 1st. The PRL on all of them is 15109.

The weird thing is the sudden decline of service in the middle of March. Why did all the lines go from 4-5 bars of 3G to 1 bar on 3G and 2 bars on 1X.

I would expect that PRL number on the HTC Rezound, but not the Droid 3 or the basic phone. The PRL numbers on 3G only capable phones should start with a 5xxxx.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

My bad the PRL on the droid 3's are 52363. I forgot to type all of that. I am just so frustrated with all of this.
