Late last year, I switched 3 iPhones from AT&T to Verizon. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!! I have had nothing but headaches since then.
I switched all 3 lines, took advantage of the trade-in program for two iPhone 11s and the 'Bring your on Device' for my XS. I shipped the two Apple iphone trade-ins in the box provided by Verizon. They claim to have only received one iPhone. I HIGHLY suggest taking a picture of the products you trade-in along with serial numbers. Therefore I am only receiving a monthly discount for the trade-in of one phone. I SENT IN TWO IPHONES, NOT JUST ONE IN THE SAME BOX!! I have spoken with Verizon more than 10 times trying to get this rectified. I spoke with one agent who provided a discount for past months however I am suppose to receive a monthly discount on both phones through the contract period.
BEWARE...In order to get an additional discount, they recommend signing up for autopay. If you sign-up for autopay, you will want to pay attention to your bill. My bill fluctuates monthly....WHY??? I have the unlimited plan, no extras and my bill is inconsistent. This makes no sense. I did not have this with AT&T.
My last attempt will include a call and letter to senior leadership to share my discontentment. If this is not resolved in a timely manner, it is time to return to AT&T. My time is too valuable.
