Long time customer in a light green service area. Get calls dropped from my house so I have to stand in my back yard. Had to credit change card numbers (do you realize what we pay in the US v. other countries? nonsense!) and in doing so my auto pay was not re-set. Being charged $15 bucks per phone (x4). Even though I always pay my bill. That (removed)! Hey I feel better. Thanks Verizon. By the way, the biggest monopoly is reservicing the 2 year plan with new phone updates/bribes so you can't compare systems. That too is (removed)! O.K. rant over!
