Accidentally canceled order

I’m somewhat new to Verizon but I accidentally canceled my order for a iPhone 14 pro with trade in. I tried to reorder it and now I have to do a down payment where as before when I ordered it I didn’t have to. I spoke to a rep and they said I would have to wait 3-5 days for me to be able to order it without the down payment for my credit to reset. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
