I left Verizon about a month or so ago, but I would like to come back. I went to get a new phone and trade in my old Verizon phone, but I got the following message: We're sorry! We are not able to support your Add a Line online at this time.
Any ideas what the problem is? My account was past due at one point, but I paid it off before terminating service.
