For the past 3 months, I have been getting a "Circuits are all busy' message when dialing one cell number. It doesn't happen on any other number. It happens all times of the day and every time I try to make a call to that number. This wasn't an issue prior to 3 months ago. This person can still call me and can receive my texts. They have verified my number is not blocked on their device. Verizon did some troubleshooting but they are telling me it's on the receipients end. But, if that is the case, why I am getting a circuit are all busy message. It seems my call is not be routed properly.
Any help / feedback would be greatly appreciated.
