I am a new customer and trying to setup my phone - 3 lines transferred from ATT. So far in last 20 days I have spent close to 12 hours on phone and 90% of that time wasted in waiting for a rep to answer my call. ugh! I will have to go back to ATT before 60 days time expires. Their customer services is not excellent but not awfully horrible as verizon.
