My family began receiving this message when calling me this week. To my knowlege, I do not have Smart Family, as I am the only person on my line. Can anyone tell me how to check? Verizon customer service could not figure it out.
I am not past due on any billing (my account is auto pay) and I operate mainly from wi-fi calling.
Any help would be sincerely appreciated, as my elderly parents are in poor health and my family needs to be able to call me.
Isbcr, we know how important it is to ensure you can make and receive calls successfully at all times. Especially when family needs to be able to contact you in case of an emergency. Were there any changes made to your phone when this started? Announcement 24 usually means Verizon Smart Family restrictions are active. Have you verified online via your My Verizon account to ensure this feature has not been added?
