Another ploy to sell more?

Since Verizon is now trying to sell me another program for my home, at $20/month, network wireless home phone service, my calls are being dropped constantly, even just sitting at my desk.

I receive voice messages with no ringing calls coming through.  I've called tech service, they reset everything including bluetooth in vehicles, what an annoyance to rest the passwords.  And it doesn't help a bit.  Just standing still, my calls are dropped.

Amazing:  I've never had an issue before this, so is it a PLOY to sell????

Verizon WAS the best, guess I'll change before I am strong armed to buy!!!!

Anyone else having issues with the program now that a new one is available?

Yes you've figured out Verizon evil plan. Funny I don't have these issues. Am I on some "do not scam" list? If you REALLY believe this then I suggest switching carriers.

What [removed] are you going on about?

All phones have a line access charge of $20 for plans after the More Everything plan. It's been this way for years. The only scam is the lack of being able to read a bill.

An issue like drop calls is never a fun thing to deal with, SUSRIN42. Thanks for reaching out to us here, and we would be saddened to see you venture elsewhere. We are still the best hands down, but we're concerned about your issue and determined to find a resolution. What is your zip? When did this first start? Does this only happen indoors? If not, then where else? Do you know of any other Verizon users having the same issue? How are your other services like messaging and data?
