Wait a minute, this doesn't seem right at all. I'm not seeing any issues with that Zip Code. Let me ask you this, what kind of phone do you have at the moment? Have you tried to power the device off, pull the sim card, leave the sim card out for about a minute, place the sim card back in, and then power the device back on? If you haven't let's try that out.
