? Anybody happy?

Didn't honor payment agreement with me either. Took auto pay anyway but won't cover resulting bank fees. Ended up overpaid and won't apply overages to device payment. In the last 40 days I have spent 3 hrs + every other day on the phone with someone from Verizon. And while all want to and try to help me somehow every effort only creates another problem. It never ends. I can't stand it. And I never see anything anywhere posted about Verizon that is positive, from a happy customer. I see ads they don't honor and 3rd party sales people who don't give you the whole story. Make certain you have 2-3 times more than what you're told it will cost available. Verizon is going to get the retail price one way or another. Save yourself the aggravation and just pay for the dang phone outright. Took any joy/happiness I might have had in finally getting what I been saving and shopping 2 years for and now I wish I never got it. Makes me ill when I touch it and I wish I could throw it away. Thanks Verizon. I  feel bad for the people employed there. Verizon terrible.

 Terrible is not an improvement.

I am an oddball,  completely happy with verizon service.  Buy my phones on sale outside of Verizon and pay cash so no issues with rebates and such.  Service is perfect in my zip code and to areas I travel.  My bill is the same every month give or take a few cents and they never add anything extra on or pull any funny stuff with the bill.
