I took advantage of the $10 iPhone SE offer on Black Friday and upgraded my device, only to have the offer reduced to $5 on Cyber Monday. Verizon solution: return phone purchased a couple of days ago to a local store, have account credited , have my line "reset" somehow to allow another upgrade, have restocking fee waived, go online (offer only available there) and reorder the phone that I just returned. Oh, and it all needs to come together perfectly before midnight. REALLY? Return phone and reorder the same phone is the one and only the only solution? How about an account credit of $95? ($120 less the restocking fee without a waiver)
That would make too much sense ...
